How do I get paid?
Stripe pays your linked Australian bank account weekly. Earnings settle in AUD with no currency conversion and no waiting on invoices.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Creating an account is free and there are no setup charges. HostExtras keeps a small platform fee on each sale, so we only earn when you do.
What if my guest wants a refund?
You can refund any order in full from your Stripe dashboard. The guest is repaid to their original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Does this work with Airbnb's rules?
HostExtras works alongside your Airbnb listing. You share your guest link in your welcome message the same way hosts share guidebooks and check-in instructions today, and payments run through your own Stripe account.
When do payouts arrive?
Stripe transfers your balance weekly. Most Australian banks show the deposit within 1 to 2 business days of each transfer.
